    Please note that you will be able to drive to or close to the Phoenix Park on Sunday
    26th August. You will get closer to the Mass by using Public Transport and you will be shortening your walk.

    We are pleased to inform you that as long as you have a ticket to attend, public transport
    “Dublin Bus, LUAS and DART) is free in the Greater Dublin Area on the day of the Papal Mass once you show your Mass Ticket upon boarding.

    And if you have a ticket for Knock Shrine, you will be able to use a free bus shuttle from Claremorris station to Knock Shrine. (Decide how you will travel to Knock in advance. You will not be  able to drive up to or park near the venue)

    Details of transport services to and from the Phoenix Park are available below. Passengers need to be prepared for some waiting times because of the high number of people. For those travelling from outside Dublin using Public Transport: Please book your seat. Given the large numbers of people travelling to this event, we urge you to book your ticket now to ensure you can travel on the day.
