The Diocese of Ardagh & Clonmacnois is pleased to share details of a series of free online summer webinars hosted by CCO Parish (Catholic Christian Outreach), exploring the theme of Intentional Accompaniment.
In today’s Church, many people are searching for a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and a greater sense of belonging within their parish community. These webinars explore how parishes can move beyond programmes alone by fostering a culture of accompaniment—walking alongside people in faith, listening to their stories, encouraging spiritual growth, and helping them discover their call to live and share the Gospel.
CCO Parish has worked with dioceses, parishes and ministries across the world, supporting parish renewal through practical tools that help individuals grow as missionary disciples. This approach encourages parishioners not only to deepen their own faith but also to accompany others, creating welcoming communities where people can encounter Christ and actively participate in the life and mission of the Church.
The webinars are designed for anyone interested in the future of parish life and evangelisation, including:
- Parish Pastoral Councils
- Parish staff and volunteers
- Catechists
- Youth and young adult ministry leaders
- Those involved in sacramental preparation or faith formation
- Anyone with an interest in evangelisation, discipleship and parish renewal
Each webinar lasts approximately 60 minutes, is free to attend, and offers practical insights, real-life examples and opportunities to learn how intentional accompaniment can strengthen parish communities and support the Church’s mission of making disciples.
