If you have a suspicion, concern, knowledge or allegation that a child is being or has been harmed you must report this without delay to the Designated Liaison Person (DLP ) of the Diocese. The Diocesan Liaison Person will then report it directly to the statutory authorities, An Garda Síochána and Tusla (Child and Family Agency) in line with current legislation and national safeguarding policy. All information shared will be treated sensitively and respectfully.
